As Domino's Pizza continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and highly organized Safety Coordinator to join our team. This position is critical to our success, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of safety regulations, a commitment to fostering a safe working environment, and a drive to ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing safety regulations and training. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to stay up to date with changes in industry regulations and practices.Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field• Proven work experience as a Safety Coordinator, Safety Manager, or other safety-related role• Expert knowledge of safety regulations• Excellent organizational skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to stay up to date with new safety regulations and practices• Demonstrated ability to create and implement training programs• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures that comply with all applicable safety regulations
• Monitor safety performance and adherence to regulations
• Create and deliver safety training programs to ensure employees are aware of and follow safety protocols
• Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective measures
• Conduct regular safety audits to ensure all safety regulations are being followed
• Prepare safety reports and presentations for management
• Develop safety plans for new projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on safety issues
• Stay up to date with changes in safety regulations and industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with all industry safety standards and regulations
