Job Description

Are you a safety-minded individual with a passion for ensuring the wellbeing of others? Domino's Pizza is looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our team! As the Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement safety initiatives, including training programs and safety protocols.
  2. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  3. Educate staff on safety procedures and protocols.
  4. Investigate and analyze safety incidents and recommend corrective action.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.
  6. Provide safety-related advice and guidance to management and staff.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety standards are met.
  8. Prepare safety reports for management and local regulatory agencies.
  9. Monitor safety equipment and supplies and order new items as needed.
  10. Respond to emergency situations and coordinate evacuation procedures.
