Job Description

Domino's Pizza is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team and ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees! The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of safety regulations and procedures, as well as a proven track record of implementing successful safety initiatives. If you have a passion for protecting the well-being of others and are driven to help create a safe and secure workplace, we'd love to hear from you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in safety management in a restaurant or retail setting• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other safety-related software• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities of the Safety Coordinator:

• Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure that our employees are working in a safe and secure environment.

• Develop and implement safety initiatives to reduce workplace injury and illness.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.

• Monitor employee safety and provide advice and guidance on safe work practices.

• Investigate and document workplace incidents and accidents and provide reports to management.

• Develop and conduct safety training programs and workshops for employees.

• Perform periodic safety inspections and audits to identify potential risks and hazards.

• Maintain safety records, files, and logs.

• Assist with the development and implementation of emergency response plans.

• Monitor employee protection equipment and conduct periodic safety equipment examinations.

• Liaise with government agencies and other outside organizations as needed.
