We are looking for a motivated Safety Coordinator to join the Domino’s Pizza team and help us continue to provide quality service and products to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and products, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for safety and strong knowledge of safety regulations. This position requires a combination of problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate safety initiatives and ensure compliance. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and products.
- Monitor the safety of the workplace and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify potential safety hazards and devise strategies to address them.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to foster a culture of safety.
- Maintain records of safety incidents, training, and inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on safety performance and compliance.
- Track and report safety metrics and performance data.
- Stay up to date on the latest safety regulations and industry developments.
