- Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing for Domino's Pizza team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and other earnings.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll data.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and make necessary updates to processes and procedures.
- Train and supervise payroll team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain payroll reports and provide analysis to upper management.
- Research and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate and seamless integration of payroll data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline payroll processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any payroll-related questions or concerns.

- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and concerns.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Payroll Management, Preferably In A Multi-Location Or Franchise Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Kronos.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Payroll Regulations And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.
