Welcome to the Domino's Pizza family! We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager Corporate Operations to join our growing team. The Manager Corporate Operations will be responsible for overseeing operations initiatives across the Domino's Pizza organization. This role requires a highly organized individual who is eager to take on challenging tasks and collaborate with team members to drive results.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in operations or a related field. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically and make informed decisions. In addition, outstanding communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of operations initiatives for the Domino's Pizza organization.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  3. Analyze data and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Monitor and evaluate operational performance.
  5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  6. Create and manage operational budgets.
  7. Manage and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
