
Manager Corporate Operations

The Manager Corporate Operations will be responsible for overseeing operations initiatives across the Domino's Pizza organization. This role requires a highly organized individual who is eager to take on challenging tasks and collaborate with team members to drive results.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in operations or a related field. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically and make informed decisions. In addition, outstanding communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of operations initiatives for the Domino's Pizza organization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Analyze data and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Create and manage operational budgets.
- Manage and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
