
Lead Administrative Assistant

Domino’s Pizza is currently looking for a driven Lead Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the managers, staff, and the business. You will be the go-to person for all administrative tasks and manage day-to-day operations. To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Detail-oriented and highly organized
Responsibilities: • Assist managers and staff with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel • Manage day-to-day operations, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping • Prepare presentations and reports for meetings and other business purposes • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets and databases for tracking and analysis • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality • Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
