Domino’s Pizza is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Electric Bike Delivery Expert to join our dynamic team. This individual must be passionate about customer service and have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our delivery program and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.The ideal candidate should have previous experience with electric bikes, excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to safety. The successful candidate should also be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills. Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.If you are an energetic and organized individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and making a difference in our community, then this position may be for you. Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ensuring the safety of customers, other drivers, and the public while operating an electric bike.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Working independently to solve customer issues and resolve conflicts.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records, including delivery times and customer feedback.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of the electric bike.
Following established routes and adjusting for traffic and other conditions.
Providing feedback and suggestions to management for improving the delivery program.
Assisting in the training of new electric bike delivery experts.
