Deliver orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner using electric bikes.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Adhere to all traffic and safety laws while riding electric bikes.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and payments.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and honesty.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Perform routine maintenance on electric bikes to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
