Deliver pizzas to customers in a timely and efficient manner using an electric bike.
Ensure accuracy in order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while navigating through busy streets.
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues that may arise during delivery.
Keep track of delivery orders and maintain organized records.
Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain the electric bike, reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Follow all company policies and procedures and uphold the standards of speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Work collaboratively with other delivery experts to meet delivery targets and goals.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
