At Domino's Pizza, we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Electric Bike Delivery Expert to join our team! As an Electric Bike Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are able to navigate through busy streets with ease. Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers using an electric bike.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the electric bike.
Keep track of delivery orders and ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.
Communicate with customers and store staff regarding any delivery delays or issues.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the electric bike to ensure it is in good working condition.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to delivery operations.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery area and bike storage space.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of delivery services.
Report any accidents or incidents that occur during deliveries.
Keep accurate records of mileage and fuel/electricity consumption.
Continuously strive to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards when handling and delivering orders.
