Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories to drive cost savings and increase efficiency.
Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team delivers on objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify potential cost savings opportunities and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform procurement decisions and identify potential risks.
Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of procurement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the procurement function.
Prepare and present procurement reports and updates to senior management.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in procurement and leadership.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for indirect spend.
Monitor and manage procurement budgets and expenditures to achieve cost savings targets.
Represent the company in vendor negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Extensive Experience In Strategic Sourcing: The Director Of Indirect Procurement At Domino's Pizza Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Sourcing Strategies For Indirect Categories Such As Marketing, It, And Facilities Management. This Includes Identifying Cost Savings Opportunities, Negotiating Contracts, And Managing Supplier Relationships.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Procurement Professionals And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams Across The Organization. Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Delegate Responsibilities, And Drive Results.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Procurement Best Practices, Including Category Management, Supplier Diversity, And Risk Management.
