
Corporate Security Manager
At Domino's Pizza, the Corporate Security Manager is an essential role that helps ensure the safety and security of our employees and customers. We’re looking for an innovative and experienced professional who can expertly manage and direct the security operations across our entire network of stores. A successful candidate will be someone who not only has a thorough understanding of security measures and procedures, but also a passion for working with people.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in the security or law enforcement field, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should have a working knowledge of security systems and protocols in order to be able to effectively identify and address security issues. A successful candidate will also have a strong sense of customer service and a commitment to providing the highest standards of safety and security at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees at all Domino's Pizza stores.
- Monitor and assess any security risks or threats to the stores, employees, and customers and take the appropriate measures to address them.
- Ensure all security systems and protocols are up to date and working correctly.
- Lead, manage, and direct the security team to respond to any security incidents in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update security policies and procedures.
- Investigate any security incidents and take the appropriate action.
- Utilize a variety of security equipment and tools to monitor and assess security situations.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on security incidents and measures taken to address them.
- Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work with local law enforcement and other security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the stores and customers.
