Construction Services Specialist
The Construction Services Specialist will work as a part of the Construction Field Services team and assist with the construction project management of new restaurants, relocations and modernization of existing restaurants. Qualify, select, develop and lead outside resources (general contractors, architects and vendors). Understand how to read and interpret architectural engineering, furniture and space planning drawings. Ensures quality control standards are in place (schedules and budgets) and is accountable for both. Proactively manage project related activities. Flexibility with work hours and available on call after working hours for handling of urgent issues.
3-5 years of construction management experience
Experience in dealing with and gaining approval from municipal agencies
Experience working on a team, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel (30-50%)
