In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new product ideas that align with company goals and customer preferences.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.
Create and manage project timelines for product development and launch, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials for new products.
Work closely with the culinary team to create and test recipes, ensuring they meet quality standards and are scalable for production.
Conduct cost analysis and develop pricing strategies for new products to ensure profitability.
Coordinate product tastings and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to make necessary adjustments.
Develop and maintain product specifications, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
Monitor and track sales and customer feedback for new products, making recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials for new products, collaborating with the marketing team to create effective campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on food safety regulations and ensure all new products meet or exceed industry standards.
Train and educate team members on new products to ensure consistent and accurate information is being communicated to customers.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Product Development Or Marketing Within The Food Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Product Development Processes And Techniques, Including Market Research, Ideation, And Testing.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products Or Improving Existing Ones.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Tight Deadlines.
