- Support the General Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as completing paperwork, managing schedules, and updating sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements or changes to operations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the management team, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures, making suggestions for increasing efficiency and productivity.
Previous Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Fast Food Or Restaurant Industry.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Procedures To Ensure Compliance And Maintain A Safe Working Environment.
Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner.
