- Support the General Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to, sales, profitability, customer service, and employee management.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to ensure a strong and efficient team.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Act as a role model for employees by upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Help create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure quality and consistency.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager to contribute to the overall success of the store.

Prior Experience In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, Preferably In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role.
