As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our store. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.   1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
  2. Help drive the success of the store through effective management and leadership.
  3. Train and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
  4. Maintain a positive and customer-focused work environment.
  5. Communicate with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Handle cash and manage store finances accurately.
  9. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance.
  10. Motivate and support team members to achieve goals and meet performance targets.
  11. Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  13. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  15. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  16. Represent the store and the company in a positive and professional manner.
