Business Performance Consultant - Project Construction

Coordinate reporting of data metrics (safety hours, OSHA recordable incident rates, reportable environmental incidents, etc.) for the Project Construction group. Identify and review new metrics for reporting Project Construction safety, environmental, and schedule data. Manage Project Construction user access for the following systems: shared drive, SharePoint, eRooms, Documentum, Primavera, and any other integrated software packages. Design/maintain the Project Construction Dashboard and related databases for user and customer reporting. Develop any user data templates for the various Project Construction systems. Coordinate business unit support for system enhancements. Identify and recommend system upgrades or new systems to improve the overall business unit efficiency. Specifically, this includes evaluating a replacement file management system which encompasses the functionality of the shared drive, SharePoint, eRooms, and Documentum. Interface with IT to develop a plan and implement approved system upgrades or new systems. Work with IT improve project team system access at remote sites. Coordinate Plum Case program.
