  1. Create visually appealing and organized store layouts to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  2. Execute store merchandising plans and adhere to company standards.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and other team members to identify and prioritize merchandising needs.
  4. Conduct regular store audits to ensure all displays and signage are up to date.
  5. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address any merchandising challenges.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and replenishment.
  7. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged according to company guidelines.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
  9. Assist with store remodeling projects, including setting up new displays and fixtures.
  10. Train and coach store associates on merchandising best practices.
  11. Stay up to date on current trends and market changes to make informed merchandising decisions.
  12. Communicate regularly with management regarding any merchandising or display issues.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to merchandising and safety.
  14. Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to effectively manage multiple projects.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
