1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.

3. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Keep shelves fully stocked and organized to ensure availability of products.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
6. Check and rotate product expiration dates to ensure product quality.
7. Assist with receiving and sorting deliveries of new merchandise.
8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
9. Promote sales by offering additional products and services to customers.
10. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
12. Continuously update knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
13. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
14. Handle monetary transactions and accurately count and balance cash drawers.
15. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
16. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers.
17. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
18. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets.
19. Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures of the store.
20. Perform any other duties assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
