  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
  3. Assist customers in finding and purchasing desired products.
  4. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
  6. Stock shelves and keep the store clean and organized.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
  8. Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
  9. Follow store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth store operation.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay up-to-date with current promotions and sales.
  13. Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
  14. Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  15. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
