- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of remodel projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Manage and track project budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure remodels align with company standards and brand guidelines
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks
- Hire, train, and lead a team of project coordinators and contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
- Evaluate and select contractors and vendors based on their qualifications and competitive pricing
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to optimize project outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Construction Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Construction Processes
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
