  1. Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts at all times.
  2. Monitor and track merchandise sales and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing items.
  3. Collaborate with store managers and buyers to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and promoted.
  4. Conduct regular store walks to assess merchandise presentation and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to make strategic merchandise recommendations.
  6. Work closely with the distribution center to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to stores.
  7. Assist in creating and maintaining merchandising plans and floor plans for new and existing stores.
  8. Help with setting up and executing promotions and sales events.
  9. Support the overall success of the store by providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backstock and storage areas.
  11. Assist in training and mentoring new team members on merchandise processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve merchandise processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Communicate any inventory or merchandise issues to management in a timely manner.
  15. Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
