As a Lead Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Ensure that all customers are provided with prompt and efficient service.
  3. Train and mentor sales associates on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  4. Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, setting the standard for the rest of the team.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  6. Create and maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  7. Assist customers with product selection, providing information about features and benefits to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  8. Process and handle all sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales goals and initiatives.
  11. Motivate and encourage sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
  12. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to customers.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and foster teamwork among sales associates.
  15. Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Lead Sales Associate At Dollar General Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
