Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Lead Sales Associate At Dollar General Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Lead Sales Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Associates And Communicating With Customers.
