Lead Sales Associate

We are looking for a Lead Sales Associate to join the team at our Dollar General store. This individual should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a dedication to helping us reach our sales goals. The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for training and leading by example, and should have previous experience in a retail environment. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years’ experience in a retail sales environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple customers at once. They must be confident, self-motivated, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
