  • Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Is Essential For A Lead Sales Associate At Dollar General. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Store Operations, Customer Service, And Sales Techniques.
