  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
  3. Drive sales by promoting featured products and upselling to customers.
  4. Train and mentor new sales associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  10. Monitor and track sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Handle inventory management and restocking duties as needed.
  14. Conduct regular store audits to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.

Job Qualifications
