
Inventory Reconciliation Analyst

- Accurately track inventory levels: The primary responsibility of the Inventory Reconciliation Analyst is to ensure that all inventory levels are accurately tracked and accounted for in our retail stores.
- Reconcile inventory data: The Analyst will be responsible for comparing and reconciling inventory data from different sources to identify any discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies: The Analyst will be responsible for identifying any discrepancies in inventory levels and conducting investigations to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records: The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including product descriptions, quantities, and locations.
- Collaborate with store teams: The Analyst will work closely with store managers and teams to ensure that all inventory processes are being followed accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze inventory data: The Analyst will use analytical skills to analyze inventory data and identify trends and patterns to improve inventory management processes.
- Create reports: The Analyst will create reports and presentations to communicate inventory data and trends to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement inventory management best practices: The Analyst will be responsible for implementing inventory management best practices to ensure efficient and accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels: The Analyst will regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure that they are maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
- Continuously improve inventory processes: The Analyst will be responsible for continuously evaluating and improving inventory processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and onboard new team members: The Analyst will be responsible for training and onboarding new team members on inventory processes and systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Analyst will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and reconciliation.
- Support company goals and mission: The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's mission to provide affordable and convenient shopping experiences to our customers.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management Or Reconciliation
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Inventory Management Software
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Work With Large Volumes Of Data.
