- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services team.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within the HR Shared Services department.
- Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and managers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex HR issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records and data.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Handle escalated employee issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement company-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Shared Services Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Supervisory Experience, Including Managing A Team And Delegating Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
