
Global Inventory Analyst

- Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels across all global locations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data at all times.
- Collaborate with supply chain team members to forecast and plan inventory needs based on market trends and sales projections.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
- Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics, such as turnover rate and stock-to-sales ratios, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels, working closely with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory.
- Assist in the development of global inventory budgets and work to meet or exceed set targets.
- Train and mentor team members on inventory management processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the inventory management function.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure inventory levels align with business goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify potential risks or issues with inventory and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on operations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Inventory Management Software
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Inventory Management And Analysis
Knowledge Of Global Supply Chain And Logistics Processes
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Inventory Optimization.
