6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and make recommendations for implementation.
7. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to drive success.
8. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Monitor and report on supply chain costs and budget, making recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
11. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
12. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for supply chain optimization.
13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in supply chain operations.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
15. Act as a liaison between various departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination in supply chain operations.
