
Creative Design Senior Manager

- Develop and implement creative strategies and initiatives to elevate the Dollar General brand.
- Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring high-quality, innovative and on-brand designs are produced in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce to understand business goals and objectives, and develop creative solutions that support them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating them into Dollar General's creative approach.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all creative assets, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, packaging, in-store signage, and social media content.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all creative materials.
- Manage and track budgets for creative projects and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with external creative agencies and vendors.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the creative team, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to present and pitch creative concepts and strategies.
- Ensure all creative materials comply with brand standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Represent Dollar General's brand and values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate in the creative process and workflows.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Creative Design, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.
Proven Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team Of Designers And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Trends, With The Ability To Conceptualize And Execute Innovative And Impactful Designs.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Marketing, Merchandising, And Other Departments To Bring Designs To Life And Achieve Business Goals.
