
Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. - Develop and implement brand strategies to promote Dollar General's brand and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on consumer trends and behavior and use this information to inform brand strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, social media content, and in-store signage.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team to ensure brand objectives are met.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify and develop new products that align with the brand's image and target market.
- Monitor and manage the brand's budget, ensuring all marketing activities are within budget and providing regular reports on spending and ROI.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry trends and network with potential partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dollar General's brand values and mission both internally and externally.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust brand strategies to ensure they align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and promoting a strong sense of ownership and accountability within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Brand Plans
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Market Research And Data Analysis
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners
