Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Dollar General team! If you have the drive, energy, and commitment to help lead our store to success, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to meet the needs of our customers.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record in customer service, sales, and store operations. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and successful completion of a store manager training program is preferred. The ability to analyze and interpret sales and financial data is essential, as is the ability to motivate and lead a team.If you have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and the desire to help our store succeed, we look forward to hearing from you.
