  1. Develop and oversee the implementation of the customer success strategy across all regions and customer segments.
  2. Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions to improve their experience with our platform.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer success team.
  5. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to drive customer success and retention.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer success metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to better serve our customers.
  8. Communicate and present customer success strategies, initiatives, and results to senior leadership.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative ideas and initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  12. Lead and participate in customer meetings and presentations to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  13. Develop and manage the customer success budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  14. Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement within the customer success team.
  15. Represent DocuSign's customer success vision and values both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate The Customer Success Team. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • Extensive Experience In Customer Success Strategy And Operations: The Vice President Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Strategy And Operations, Preferably In A Saas Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Success Best Practices And A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Involves Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate, Build Relationships, And Influence Others.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Vice President Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Develop And Execute Strategic Plans To Drive Customer Success And Retention.
