As a member of our growing Research Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our user research efforts and ensuring that our research processes run smoothly and efficiently.   1. Support user research efforts: The UX Research Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the user research team in planning, executing, and analyzing research studies.
  2. Develop and maintain research processes: This role will require developing and maintaining efficient and effective processes for conducting user research, including participant recruitment, study logistics, and data management.
  3. Ensure smooth operation of research studies: The specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics for research studies, including scheduling, participant communication, and project tracking.
  4. Monitor and improve research workflows: The specialist will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in research workflows and implementing improvements to streamline processes.
  5. Maintain research tools and equipment: This role will involve managing and maintaining research tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available for use.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The specialist will work closely with other teams, such as product design, product management, and engineering, to ensure that research objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
  7. Manage participant recruitment: The specialist will be responsible for recruiting participants for research studies, ensuring a diverse and representative sample.
  8. Analyze and report on research data: This role will involve analyzing research data and presenting findings to stakeholders, providing valuable insights to inform product decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or Marketing.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Research Operations Role, Preferably Within The Technology Industry.

  • Proficiency In Research Tools And Platforms Such As Qualtrics, Usabilla, And Usertesting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Research Findings To Stakeholders.
