Job Description

The Traffic Engineer ensures DocuSign’s load balancing and firewall systems are scalable, robust, and reliable. This includes working with cloud and physical datacenters. Work with development organizations to build resilient, operable, fault tolerant systems. Evaluate security, performance, and capacity of systems using telemetry and a data driven approach. Ensure security certificates and cryptography standards are compliant. Champion security industry best practices. Assist large customers with integrations by understanding the end to end flow of traffic between systems. Work with vendors, compliance, security, and TechOps staff to implement capacity and performance plans.
