- Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
- Analyze and report on key data protection metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to communicate data protection measures to customers and prospects, building trust and confidence in our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on data protection laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing any changes or updates.
In-Depth Understanding Of Data Protection Laws And Regulations: A Technical Product Manager For Service Data Protection At Docusign Must Have A Strong Knowledge Of Data Protection Laws And Regulations, Including Gdpr, Ccpa, And Hipaa. They Should Also Be Able To Stay Updated On Any Changes To These Laws And Anticipate Their Impact On Docusign's Products And Services.
Experience With Data Security And Encryption: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Data Security And Encryption Technologies. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Encryption Methods And Protocols And Be Able To Implement Them Effectively To Protect Customer Data.
Technical Background: A Technical Product Manager For Service Data Protection Should Have A Technical Background, Preferably In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field. This Background Will Enable Them To Understand The Technical Aspects Of Docusign's Products And Services And Make Informed Decisions On Data Protection Strategies.
