As a Talent Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.   1. Develop and implement talent management programs that align with the company's goals and values.
  2. Design and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  3. Create and execute strategies for employee retention and development.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview processes.
  5. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to create and facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels.
  8. Monitor and analyze key metrics related to talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding career development and performance management.
  11. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  12. Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management and ensure compliance.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals.
  14. Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes to enhance the overall employee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, And Performance Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
