- Develop and implement talent management programs that align with the company's goals and values.
- Design and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Create and execute strategies for employee retention and development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview processes.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent acquisition and development initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding career development and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management and ensure compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals.
- Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, And Performance Management.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations.
Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Hr Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
