As a Talent Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.   1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and sourcing candidates.
  3. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent sources to maximize candidate pool.
  5. Create and manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  6. Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of current employees.
  7. Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans for their career growth.
  8. Analyze and track key metrics related to talent acquisition and development, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development to continuously improve strategies and programs.
  10. Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization's talent pipeline and workforce.
  11. Manage the organization's employer branding efforts to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  12. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding career development opportunities and provide guidance on career pathing.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment and development processes.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of talent programs and processes.
  15. Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the company and attract top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Development, And/Or Management.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Successful Talent Programs, Including But Not Limited To Employee Onboarding, Training And Development, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Hr Trends And Best Practices, Particularly In The Areas Of Employee Engagement, Diversity And Inclusion, And Talent Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
