  1. Maintain and improve the data center infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of our digital transaction management services.
  2. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our data centers.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot data center hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our data center operations.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for data center operations.
  6. Implement and maintain disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
  7. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data center technology to continuously improve our data center operations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data center migrations and upgrades.
  10. Ensure compliance with data center security standards and protocols.
  11. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues related to data center operations.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze data center performance metrics to identify and proactively address any potential issues.
  14. Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to support our growing customer base.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Center Operations, Preferably In A Large-Scale Or Cloud Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Networking Principles, Server Hardware, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Tools Such As Python, Powershell, Or Ansible.

  • Proven Experience In Troubleshooting Complex Systems And Performing Root Cause Analysis.
