  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market presence for DocuSign's digital transaction management platform.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in target industries and verticals to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Utilize your deep understanding of the SaaS landscape to effectively position DocuSign's platform as a top solution for organizations looking to eliminate paper-based processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of competitors.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, representing the company and its values to potential clients and partners.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to sales leadership.
  9. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest product features and updates to effectively communicate the value of DocuSign's platform to clients.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them succeed in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Strategic Platform Sales Lead At Docusign Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Strategic Platform Sales Lead, The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically About Market Trends, Competitive Landscape And Customer Needs. This Will Enable Them To Develop Effective Sales Strategies And Drive Growth For The Company.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Behind Docusign's Platform Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience With Cloud-Based Software, Apis, And Integrations. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Technical Aspects Of The Platform To Potential Customers.

  • Leadership Abilities: The Strategic Platform Sales Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, And Therefore Should Have Strong Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Coach, And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Their Goals.
