Job Description

The Stock Plan Administrator will provide daily operational and administrative support for DocuSign’s global equity programs and partner in supporting all areas of equity administration in the U.S. and internationally. Prepare and process new equity awards, exercises, terminations and releases on a timely basis for all employees and other equity holders in 13+ countries. Ensure SOX compliance and accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting to global Payrolls. Prepare online equity agreements for all grants. Provide excellent customer service to equity plan participants at all levels and to partners across departments. Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding equity programs and processes in a timely manner. Provide education support for equity programs and ensure educational materials are kept up to date. Prepare reports for business partners and respond to ad-hoc data requests on a timely basis.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ equity experience with a public company.

  • Experience administering Employee Stock Purchase Plans.

  • CEP certification obtained or in process

  • Experience with granting, reporting and taxation of international equity.
