- Oversee and manage all aspects of the corporate travel and expense program.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures related to travel and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze travel and expense data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor and track employee travel and expense activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Train and educate employees on travel and expense policies and procedures.
- Communicate with employees and vendors to resolve any issues related to travel and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the travel and expense program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and negotiate favorable rates and terms.
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of employee expenses.
- Prepare and present reports to management on travel and expense data and trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all travel and expense activities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior travel and expense analysts.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Travel And Expense Management, Preferably In A Large Organization
Strong Understanding Of Corporate Travel Policies And Procedures, As Well As Expense Report Auditing And Reimbursement Processes
Experience With Travel And Expense Management Software, Such As Concur Or Certify
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends, Discrepancies, And Potential Cost-Saving Opportunities In Travel And Expense Data.
