  1. Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout their entire journey with DocuSign.
  2. Ensure customer success and satisfaction by understanding their business objectives and providing effective solutions.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, and proactively communicate with customers to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to address customer needs and improve product offerings.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Continuously stay updated on product updates and changes to effectively troubleshoot and provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within the company.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  9. Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of DocuSign products and features.
  10. Document and track customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
  12. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall customer support processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Successful Sr. Technical Account Manager At Docusign Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Background In Technical Support And Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Interacting With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, So Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.
