- Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout their entire journey with DocuSign.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction by understanding their business objectives and providing effective solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, and proactively communicate with customers to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Successful Sr. Technical Account Manager At Docusign Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Background In Technical Support And Troubleshooting.
