  1. Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions using DocuSign's technology.
  2. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and present customized solutions and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of using DocuSign's products and services.
  5. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address any technical or operational challenges that may arise during the sales process.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for DocuSign's products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the implementation and adoption process.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements and improvements.
  9. Create and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of DocuSign's solutions.
  10. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  12. Represent DocuSign in a professional manner at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Solution Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Solution Consulting, With A Strong Background In Saas And Enterprise Software Solutions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Docusign Products And Services: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Docusign Platform, Its Features, And Capabilities. This Includes Proficiency In Document Management, E-Signature, And Workflow Automation.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Sr. Solution Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Delivering Compelling Presentations And Product Demonstrations To Clients. Therefore, Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Support: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Supporting Sales Teams In Closing Deals And Achieving Revenue Targets. This Includes Experience In Rfp/Rfi Responses, Product Demos, And Solution Scoping.

  • Ability To Understand And Analyze Complex Business Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Understand And Analyze Complex Business Requirements. This Will Enable Them To Provide Effective Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of Each Client.
