- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DocuSign's sales compensation systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the sales compensation system.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of sales data and commission calculations within the Xactly system.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing sales compensation plans.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new sales compensation plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Xactly and provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to sales compensation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in sales compensation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on system changes and enhancements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes for managing and administering sales compensation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to sales compensation and performance.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of sales compensation expenses.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive sales compensation data.
- Proactively identify potential risks or issues with the sales compensation system and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment and understanding of sales compensation policies and procedures.
Extensive Experience With Xactly: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Xactly Software, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role. They Should Be Highly Knowledgeable About The Platform And Its Capabilities, As Well As Any Updates Or New Features.
Strong Analytical Skills: As A Sr. Sales Compensation Systems Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing And Interpreting Sales Data To Ensure Accurate And Effective Compensation Plans. They Should Have Advanced Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Discrepancies In Large Data Sets.
Knowledge Of Sales Compensation Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sales Compensation Best Practices, Including Industry Standards And Regulations. They Should Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Develop And Optimize Compensation Plans For Docusign's Sales Team.
Project Management Experience: This Role Involves Managing And Overseeing The Implementation Of New Compensation Plans And Updates To Existing Plans. Candidates Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Organizing, And Executing Projects Within A Set Timeline And Budget.
Effective Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Sr. Sales Compensation Systems Analyst Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Data And Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Sales Leaders, Finance, And Hr.
