
Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience - North America

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance workplace experience and employee engagement across all North American offices.
- Oversee all workplace operations, including facility management, office design and layout, and vendor management.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs.
- Manage a team of workplace experience professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful execution of goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to align workplace initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze and report on key metrics related to workplace experience and employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets for workplace operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workplace experience and employee engagement strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the workplace experience team.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to workplace experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality workplace services and experiences.
- Collaborate with global workplace experience leaders to share best practices and drive consistency across all offices.
- Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workplace operations and employee engagement.

Extensive Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For The Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience Position At Docusign Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Function. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing Teams.

They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Trends.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Growth Within The Workplace Experience Function.
