Job Description

"Join the DocuSign team as a Senior Manager of Workplace Experience for North America, where you will have the unique opportunity to shape and enhance the employee experience in our dynamic and growing organization. We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to oversee all aspects of workplace operations and employee engagement initiatives across our North American offices. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to drive impactful changes and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. If you are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences, we want you on our team! A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are required for this role."

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance workplace experience and employee engagement across all North American offices.
  2. Oversee all workplace operations, including facility management, office design and layout, and vendor management.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs.
  4. Manage a team of workplace experience professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful execution of goals and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to align workplace initiatives with company goals and objectives.
  6. Analyze and report on key metrics related to workplace experience and employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for workplace operations and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workplace experience and employee engagement strategies.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the workplace experience team.
  10. Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to workplace experience.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality workplace services and experiences.
  12. Collaborate with global workplace experience leaders to share best practices and drive consistency across all offices.
  13. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workplace operations and employee engagement.
  15. Represent the company and promote a positive brand image through participation in industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For The Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience Position At Docusign Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Function. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing Teams.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are A Must For Effective Leadership And Building Strong Relationships Within The Organization.

  • Expertise In Workplace Experience And Facilities Management: The Sr. Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workplace Experience And Facilities Management, Including Space Planning, Vendor Management, Budgeting, And Project Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Trends.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Growth Within The Workplace Experience Function. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Approach Problems Creatively And Come Up With Innovative Solutions To Drive Efficiency And Enhance The Employee Experience.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Relevant Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or Human Resources Is Typically Required For A Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience Role. This Degree Should Be Coupled With Relevant Experience And A Proven Track Record Of Success.
