Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of enterprise sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the enterprise market.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the sales team.
  8. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  9. Negotiate and close deals with enterprise clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate new leads.
  13. Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Sr Manager, Sales Enterprise Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Managing Large Sales Teams.
